Day 7
So after a strange evening in Lyme Regis it was off on the road for the next part of the journey, next destination was to be Exeter and from what Chris had told me, after a few hills it does tend to get a bit flatter- well i ask you Chris, after how many hills does it get flat? About 7 from what i recall!! Still i have the stories mate cheers!! Once again after some time with no contact with anyone i did talk to a few more animals on the road, beginning to feel a bit like Dr Doolittle! Help! There isn't a great deal to say anymore about the roads and terrain it all just seems to look the same these days. There were a few nice hills to kick back and roll down but there were also some real uphill killer's- oh what a surprise!! After around 8 or 9 hours on the road i had arrived in Exeter and man was i feeling it! It was that time to find a place to rest, why couldn't it come find me? After asking around i headed to the YHA which was a nice little place and it was on the right side of the town ready for the next day's journey to Plymouth! After chillin out and having some food and a couple of well earned beers it was time to hit the sack and get some rest!
